"There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. We got there late at night and that’s not what we were wanting to do when we arrive late for check-in fortunately there was a very nice security guard there. I believe her name was Vanessa. She helped me with everything and was very kind so when I’m giving a five star rating to the staff, it’s strictly for her. There were no other staff in the building that I interacted with. It was the strangest hotel I’ve ever been to, but we were thankful We had a place to stay And that she made it pleasant for us"

"Great room and atmosphere"

"It was a little weird check in because there was a spill that happened near the elevator that the staff was dealing with. So, never was told about amenities. Which was fine. Valet drivers couldn’t tell us only tell us that the garage closes at 9PM but didn’t know when it opened. We were told it was going to be parked at a meter but wasn’t there. Our room was very nice but around 8pm it started to smell like cigarettes and just got worse until around 10pm. Overall, everything was fine. I probably wouldn’t recommend staying here with a toddler. Restaurant was fine too. Our server was amazing. Great for couples or adult groups."

"My room wasn’t clean when I arrived. Given my check in being 3pm and I hadn’t gotten there till 1am… to find hair in my shower dirt on my floors and the last persons hair was accessories still in the bathroom was unsatisfactory. Other than that the rest of the property was clean staff was friendly."

"Great location! We ended up walking downtown and enjoyed the area, no need to drive at all. The only thing I world day is the front door isn't clearly labeled so we did take a minute to figure out which one was ours and if you can't sleep with beightnes the bedroom is very bright all night and you can hear all noises out the bedroom window.. The place was clean, the shower was great and if we were to go to Dayton again I'd stay here..with a sleep mask. "

Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, which made it easy to settle in right away. The location was perfect—centrally located and convenient to everything we needed.You can tell a lot of care went into creating a welcoming space, and we really appreciated all the details. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others!"

"This was our second stay at this location. It is very roomy for our family with lots of amenities for all ages. The property is clean, spacious and comfortable. A very short walk to downtown and the riverfront. Highly recommend. "
