Es un Apartamento con buenas posibilidades pero le falta mucho mucho, mantenimiento, de las 8 camas que dice que tiene, dos de ellas es como estar en un ataúd pegado al techo. La distribución no es buena, ya que son tres alturas, y en el medio, la cocina, con un salón abajo, lo bueno que tiene es que la persona encargada de las llaves es muy amable e intenta resolver todo lo que esté en su mano lo antes posible. Nosotros llegamos y el termo estaba roto y éramos seis personas, el 2 de enero con temperaturas en negativo, y ella se encargó de que pudiésemos tener al día siguiente agua caliente, aunque le ponían algunos impedimentos lo consiguió. Pero yo creo que no merece el precio que tiene.

Estancia fenomenal

El sitio del piso esta muy centrico a la calle de tiendas y de bares. El piso estaba muy limpio y ordenado con una capacidad enorme de camas y espacio, un trato muy bueno con la dueña, nos aconsejo sitios para comer y visitar. El unico inconveniente la cocina que es una placa electrica que tardaba en calentar, pero por lo demas todo perfecto, repetiremos seguro.

bien pour la situation géographique

appartement bien situé et fonctionnel Surprise à l'arrivée par les travaux de rénovation sur le bâtiment, l'appartement est situé sur un axe routier très fréquenté et l'isolation phonique de l'immeuble est à revoir. Néanmoins , appartement très bien équipé ( lave vaisselle , lave linge, ...) et hôtes très à l'écoute.
