The room is nice and clean. The price is great. But the staff at the reception is not very friendly and made me and my friend a bit uncomfortable. They do not attend to your need and do not offer much help. I will try other places in Vienna next time.

Dichtbij het congrescentrum (VIC) en metrostation; mooi appartement en compleet ingericht. Fantastisch uitzicht. Complexe aanmelding wifi, bij inchecken maar een medewerker en daardoor tijdrovend. Communicatie vooraf tijdig maar niet geheel correct: melding dat bagage biet kan worden bewaard maar dat was wel mogelijk

Good, but I wish they would communicate better.
Overall it was fine and I will probably stay there again some day. The weakness is communication. I sent a couple emails days before check-in and did not get replies until after check in. There are 36 steps required to get from the main level to the entrance which would be a major pain for some people trying to haul luggage up the stairs. There is an elevator available, but it is around the corner and there is no sign that it is available or how to use it. I expected this, but did not find till after I got there that they only do housekeeping once per week. I was not sure till I arrived, but they DO provide soap, shampoo, and towels. The room was good with a stocked kitchenette, a large table, and a large shelf for suitcases. The bed was comfortable. The floor was very cold in the late Spring, hopefully it is heated in the winter. The only heat I found was a wall mounted radiant heater.

Poor maintenance
Two of the four elevators were out of order. Caused very slow access to and from the 15th floor. And no response from the staff, who only took care of security and no service attempts.

Perfekt!!
Das Appartement war schön, sauber und hatte alkes was man braucht. Ein 2. Sessel wäre toll gewesen. Die Aussicht war wundervoll und der Standort perfekt. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr sehr gerne wieder :-)
