This is a great place in a fantastic, vibrant neighborhood.

Wonderful, comfortable apartment with a fantastic host. All the amenities you could want. The entrance is on a nice, quiet street right off a major street to get to everywhere in Vienna. We are really lucky to have found this place! Thanks Paul!

Great apartment in a good location

Clean, well equipped apartment in a great,quiet location. The city centre is within walkable distance and there are also good public transport links nearby. The communication with Paul was excellent and he contacted us on arrival and during our stay to see if we needed anything.I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Vienna.

Excellent host and location

We had a grand time in Vienna with our stay here. Paul was very responsive when an internet problem arose and, without us even asking, offered a late checkout. The apartment is located only a few blocks from the Spitalgasse Christmas market, and only a little farther from the Museumsquartier. Everything in the downtown historic area is quite walkable.

Wonderful location and apartment

This property was older but in excellent repair. All appliances worked well; we especially appreciated the washer, drier, drying rack and dishwasher. We found the unit very solid and quiet. Paul was very attentive and provided details on the area and apartment that helped make a good vacation

Great location and layout

The apartment is located in a (rare) quiet pedestrian zone close to everything in the city. The rooms are spacious and functional, and I found the bed to be quite comfortable. The host is super responsive and friendly. We would love to stay there again and can highly recommend this if you are looking for a functional, no-frills home away from home. A surprise bonus: the home is next door to a building that was graced with Mozart overnight while he was on his way to Prague:). It's worthwhile to read all the plaques on the buildings in Vienna.

Quiet Convenient Neighborhood Stay in Vienna

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s place! It’s in a super convenient location with a bus stop nearby, which made it easy to get around the city, but still in a quiet neighborhood that felt peaceful and relaxing. The apartment had everything we needed, and Paul was very communicative and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Vienna.

This is a very nice apartment. Clean and well decorated. Beds are comfortable and it has everything you need from making morning coffee to fixing a simple meal.Location is wonderful. close to transportation , shops and restaurants. Amazing stay!

We were a family of five and this place was perfect. The coffee shop on the corner was our regular morning spot.bthe food was incredible. Paul was in contact throughout our stay to make sure our needs were met. Highly recommend.

This was a lovely spot in a great area, easy walking to many interesting spots and close to transit. I went to the pool daily that was a short walk away and great facilities. The apt itself was well supplied and had the basics of salt pepper a few coffee pods to get you started. Grocery around the corner and many nice cafes close by. Washer and dryer, small tv, kids toys if you need. Very quiet at night and felt safe. The interior of the building halls is getting work done (painting) but besides a bit of dust it is not an issue at all. Would definitely stay again.

A week in Vienna. The city is beautiful with a complex past. Guided tours are essential .

The property is ideally situated within walking distance of the city centre. The apartment is comfortable and well-appointed. The host responds quickly to all enquiries.

The apartment was in a quiet area just a 10 minute walk to the museum district. The kitchen had everything necessary for breakfast. Paul was very helpful and communication with him was great.

Perfect quiet location to launch your stay in Vienna

I chose this property primarily for its location and it lived up to my expectations. It is in an extremely quiet location (except for maybe a siren in the distance) and we were able to walk everywhere to all of Vienna’s attractions (except for Schonbrunn Palace). There are grocery stores, cafes, and bakeries within easy walking distance. There is a small elevator to take up your larger bags. The place was quite large, the kitchen was efficient and you could let in as much light as you did or didn’t want. The laundry was useful at the end of our stay. The host was friendly and quick to respond and easy to get in touch with when we had last minute changes.

Auf dem Bildern sieht es anders aus , als es ist. Ausserdem gleicht das Treppenhaus einer Baustelle und sieht aus wie aus dem vorigen Jahrhundert.Da es sich um eine Gasse handelt, ist es auch Nachts stellenweise sehr laut!!!!Ansonsten könnte die Wohnung eine Renovierung gut gebrauchen.
