Read the other review and I agree. This is a disaster in remodeling an apartment in an old building. The shower and WC rooms are dirty and moldy. The kitchen floor flooded in the past and it is now soft and rotten. The electrical in the kitchen is bad with repaired extension cords. The coffee machine was not clean and in disrepair. The remodeling was done poorly with wall patches and temporary repairs. Things were not clean.Positives: quiet neighborhood, easy to enter.

Das war Mega Schlecht. Glatte 6 für FEWO. Das Treppenhaus war schon eine Zumutung! Von der Wohnung ganz zu schweigen. Wär ich dort mit meiner Freundin auf Urlaub gewesen, hätten wir die Wohnung sofort verlassen! Habe schon viel über FEWO gebucht...immer ok. Das war eine Zumutung! Habe mehrere Fotos gemacht, die ich auf Wunsch gerne zusende! Die Küche verranzt. Weder im Badezimmer ( Kathastrophe)noch im WC ein Waschbecken. Das befand sich neben der Arbeitsplatte in der Küche! Türklinke vom Wohnzimmer fiel immer ab...Tapeten lösen sich, Flecken auf den Teppichen...Ausstattung mehr als primitiv! Töpfe mit angebrannten Resten, kein Pfannenwender um mal Eier zu braten...einfach nur schlecht. Einer meiner Mitarbeiter hat sich ein Hotel genommen.Zu dritt wär es dort gar nicht gegangen!! Ich bin sonst eher gelassen und lasse auch einiges durchgehen, aber ich ziehe es in Betracht einen Schadenersatz zu beantragen!!!!!!
