The room is very spacious but the shower is kind of small with very small toilet seat as well. The breakfast is not good for a 4 star hotel and the A/C is not very good. The bar section is good and with friendly staff. The best thing is the location. Metro station just across the street or you can have a good walk to the main attractions. Quality/ price is good.

Excellent location near the centre, friendly staff, quiet area, facilities to leave suitcases after/before checkout. Only minor negatives were the A/C could not be adjusted/turned down in our room and the breakfast was quite pricey at €20 each, so book in advance if you want that option!

Great location, near a metro and bus station. Bed was very comfy and I liked the jug with tea in the room, and there was a supermarket nearby as well. But the rest of the stay wasn’t amazing. The AC wouldn’t turn off, the shower was broken so I had to wait for a maintenance person to fix it (and turn the AC off manually in the ceiling), the front desk staff were not especially friendly. The stay was fine though and a good price for Vienna.
