Wien zentral aber ruhig

Die Hausöffnung gestaltete sich etwas schwierig. Zum Glück fanden sich immer wieder hilfreiche Geister und wir gelangten in unsere Wohnung. Es blieb aber ein unangenehmer Unsicherheitsfaktor. Der "großartige" Fernseher hat sich uns leider nicht erschlossen. Vielleicht wäre eine seniorengerechte Bedienungsanleitung hilfreich. Sauberkeit, Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung waren top.

gut erreichbar, Zustand optimierungswert

Die Wohnung liegt verkehrstechnisch gut erreichbar. Das Bad und die Küche waren gut (Bad allerdings ohne Lüftung); Flur und Schlafzimmer waren allerdings recht abgewohnt und würden von einer Renovierung profitieren. Die Wohnung war sehr gut geputzt bei Ankunft.

Alles wunderbar

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in dem hübschen Apartment. Die Lage ist praktisch, schnelle Verbindungen mit Bahn, U-bahn und Tram. Gerne wieder.

Appartement tres dans l'air du temps, une jolie decoration. Tres proche de la gare de l'ouest et de deux lignes de metro. Parfait pour decouvrir Vienne. Des tout petits problèmes logistiques signalés au proprietaire.

Gute Anbindung an Wien

Das Appartment ist soweit komplett ausgestattet. Durch die Lage zum Innenhof ruhig. Die Anbindung mit U-Bahn und Strassenbahn nach Wien ist in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wäre schön wenn der Vermieter spontaner auf Anfragen antworten würde. Ein- und Auschecken kein Problem
