Room was clean & comfortable, the open plan nature meant there was a lack of privacy when showering and drying. I was sharing a twin room with a friend, not family. The breakfast was good. Same every day, but enough choice. There was a scram for the pastries as these disappeared quickly and were not replaced. Staff were polite and helpful. The underground was 10 paces from the main door out onto the street, we used this to go to various tourist sites. Overall really pleasant, easy to get around from, so location was great.
Very generous sized room with comfortable beds. Also, loved the radiant-heated bathroom area floor. Enjoyed buffet breakfast with lots of options. Finally, loved the easy access to the U-bahn entrance just yards away from the front door.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Great room, excellent cleanliness, close to the train station. Excellent!!
What you see online with their rooms is exactly what you get. Great breakfast. Service is superb. Smooth flow in check-in and out. Kodus to their staffs!
Everything was great. It's very close to the U4 subway station. There's a supermarket in the same building. The hotel has a café where we had breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly. We arrived in the morning, left our luggage at the hotel, went sightseeing, and then returned to check in. It was very quiet at night. Overall, Vienna is a very safe city. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel for anyone checking my review.
It is a good hotel without any complication. Ensures easy stay, great location for transport and for food shopping.
The room lack basic facility like water cooker, drinking cups / glasses, spoons, basic tea / coffee bags. When requested, we could get water cooker against a 20 Euro deposit (we got one), one black tea bag for 3 Euro (did not buy it) and on the fourth day of the stay, we simply took the cups from the cafeteria and left them in the room (no idea what to pay for that). Till then the kids managed with bathroom glasses (meant for paste and brush).
The receptionist was very vague with the information but towards the end of the stay, we felt that, you can take the cups and spoons from the cafe to your room without any issue. But none said it to us clearly even though I asked it to two different receptionists. Found it very weird.
Three of our toothpaste glasses got very dirty (used by kids) and I left the room with a note to replace them after three nights, but it was not replaced. No clue why.
Breakfast was good, no change of menu and more or less everything is available throughout the timespan. It was a comfortable stay with kids without any major tension. So we enjoyed it.
