Beautiful hotel and a great location. The hotel was located on a quiet street but close to lots of restaurants and public transportation. The room was comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My friend and I had a great time here during our nine night stay. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout, special thanks to Anna and Florian who checked us in! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to walk to public transport or the city center. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Vienna!

The location is excellent, with a nearby metro station, supermarkets within walking distance, and many restaurants and nightlife options close by. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

The staff were very professional and nice. They were constantly cleaning the common areas in the hotel and were well maintained. The breakfast was great with the variety of options. The room was clean but a little bit old with squeaky wood floor, and my only issue was the bathroom barn style door which to me is not a suitable one for bathroom if it make sense; I don’t need to know what’s going on when someone is there or vice versa. The location is walkable to Rathaus, Parliament Building and even Museum Quarter, if you’re willing to walk a little further. There are different options for public transportations nearby, so you can reach anywhere within the city literally. Overall we liked the hotel and its location.
