A very nice hotel with an intimate atmosphere. Spacious rooms, super breakfast and underground station a very short walk to connect you with the city centre in minutes. If you have plans on visiting Vienna you cannot go wrong here.

This was an excellent place to stay: pleasant, helpful staff, beautiful breakfast, reasonable rate for a bit of laundry that we needed, so willing to help arrange transfers to the train. This is a quiet location just a few steps from the subway (5 min to Stephansplatz),so very easy commute for tourists. Thank you for having us! We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was a good place to stay. Just outside of city center, but quite walkable and the metro stop was a short 1 min walk. The staff was very friendly, the room spacious and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance for those too tired to go anywhere kind of nights!!

We enjoyed our stay, such a lovely hotel! Spacious and clean room, nice and modern look, balcony overlooking the garden, very quiet and pleasant. Daily breakfast was great too - good selection of breads, cheese, meats. Convenient location- the metro station is just down the block. Walking distance to other major attractions otherwise. Highly recommending!

Highly Recommended Hotel in Vienna

Spiess and Spiess is an excellent hotel with a great staff and great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful when one of my daughters got sick. They called a doctor who came within an hour and we were able to move on with the day. The breakfast is excellent and it is two minutes from the underground. The room was a suite with two actual bedrooms and very comfortable.

Fantastic choice for Vienna

What a fantastic property. Conveniently located in a great neighborhood, a two block walk to a major street with many restaurants/bakeries/shops, a fifteen-twenty minute walk to most tourist areas, and if you don’t feel like walking you are two subway stops away from the subway station half a block from the hotel doo4. Great breakfast, helpful staff and a well appointed, spotless and comfortable room. We stayed in the Garden Suite which is perfect for a family or two couples.
