wonderful location

The location was amazing - 2 blocks from Stephansdom yet quiet. The only drawback to the location was the constant presence of smokers at the entrance and below the windows of the apartment. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. and head several asthma attacks just trying to get inside.

AC not working and Communicating with Host was abysmal

Although the property is well situated and the check-in process was straightforward, the stay was unpleasant because communication with the host abruptly stopped once we raised the issue of an A/C and a WI-FI that are not working. The A/C was a big deal since the temperatures were around 90 degrees F and we were left with no answers for 4 days. . Also, wood flooring was missing in with many spots in the house.

Great location but….

First, the location was great. Second, the description said 1+ bathrooms. In reality it was a water closet with a toilet and sink, and a washroom with a tub/shower, sink and washer. We were supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 adults for a 7 day stay. Not responsive to request for more. Enjoyed having a kitchen and refrigerator with soap and a towel. Enjoyed the dining room set up. The sofa bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the floor was missing planks of wood and was raised in multiple areas. Not realizing that one area was raised, I walked barefoot and sliced my foot. Looking back on reviews from July and August, the host is aware but in October the issue still exists. Disappointed to end my trip with an injury.

Trés bon séjour Viennois

Un appartement très bien placé par rapport aux sites touristiques et tres facile d accès depuis l aéroport. Propreté parfaite. Mais très peu de vaisselle pour une famille de 5. A compléter. Literie confortable. Décoration contemporaine. Un très bon sejour.
