"Vienna Belle View" is on the top 8. Floor of a residential building from the 60s with a magnificent 360 degree view over the city center, the Kahlenberg and west of Vienna to the Vienna Woods. The apartment has two bedrooms plus living room, a spacious anteroom with closet space, an exclusive bathroom, a second separate toilet and two beautiful balcony terraces for breakfast and sun loungers, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle , Blender, toaster u. a. The bathroom offers steam sauna, shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer. You will also be spoiled with multimedia equipment (satellite, TV, radio, Wi-Fi), two work stations, towels, bed linen, weekly cleaning. Ideal for 2 to 6 people.

The place is exactly as in the website with some extra touches. THe fluffy robes were suuper nice.

Wonderful apartment fully furnished with luxury. We used the kitchen every day for breakfast and made some wonderful meals at night. Be aware the stores are closed on Sunday so make sure you get your stuff on Saturday if you want to cook something at home. The washer/dryer was a blessing to have. The location is 15 min walk to the Rathouse where we saw the most amazing Xmas markets. Train stop is super close. Uber is available in Vienna and we used it often. Overall I will highly recommended. Great communication with the owner.

Great location beautiful apartment

Wilfred’s apartment is amazing. You may not even want to leave. The bed was so comfortable and the steam shower is to die for. That was a special treat. Check in was super easy and flexible. Was greatly appreciated.

Pos: -Hervorragende und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch den Gastgeber -Exklusiv ausgestattetes Apartment (v.a. Küche, Bad und Waschmaschine) mit tollem Blick -in zentraler Lage (UBahn, Tramm, Bäcker und Supermarkt sowie hervorragende Gaststätten um die Ecke) Neg: -Geräuschpegel aufgrund der Nähe zu verschiedenen Krankenhäusern ....was uns aber aufgrund der guten Isolierung nicht weiter gestört hat = gerne jederzeit wieder - absolut empfehlenswert !!

Top eingerichtete zentral gelegene Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Wir (3 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) waren für 5 Tage in Wien und waren sehr glücklich, dass wir diese Wohnung gefunden haben. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und v.a. die Küche super ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr nett empfangen. Alles in allem eine super Erfahrung und sehr zu empfehlen.

Top Dachwohnung mit super Blick über Wien

Super Ausstattung, alles nagelneu und hochwertig eingerichtet. Dank Waschmaschine und Trockner muss man nur halb so viel Zeug dabei haben. 2 Ubahnstationen sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für unser Auto hatten wir einen Tiefgaragen Platz bekommen. Sehr netter Vermieter, war bei der Schlüsselübergabe persönlich anwesend. Beim nächsten mal Wien wieder Skyflats.
