Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues:
1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water
The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient.
2. Lack of Basic Supplies
The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided.
3. Excessive Humidity
The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep.
4. Unhelpful Property Manager
We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues.
Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed.
