「We stayed at this amazing property for 3 days as a group of four and had a wonderful experience. The mountain views from our room were stunning, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet had limited spread, but everything was delicious. The approach road can be a bit tricky, with a steep, narrow downhill stretch that accommodates only one car at a time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!」

「I love this hotel. Beautiful and Clean. You can easily to heard some natural birds and animals sound. Very nice breakfast! Hotel host are very friendly and speak good English. Recommended!」

「a lovely boutique hotel with amazing staff & good breakfast」

「Utterly fabulous. We were hesitant about booking due to the high price point; but it was worth every penny. The staff are wonderful, so caring and hospitable - nothing is too much trouble. The views take your breath away, the food was the best we had in Sri Lanka. We really did not want to leave 」

「Light problems on arrival (Having booked two separate rooms but got only one) , the location is not directly in Ella and it requires taking tuk tuk or taxi to the center, but friendly staff and very good breakfast」

「Shower may need a screen so lavatory area does not get wet」

「Perfect spot about 350 metres from the main street of Ella. The walk home up a hill was always fun at the end of the day, but worth it as the street plops you out near Cafe Chill (plus most of the city is hilly). Basic amenities with a great shower and insane views over the city and of Ella Rock 😍」

「We had a wonderful stay! The view of the Nine Arch Bridge and jungle was so beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good, too! The complimentary tuk-tuk service to and from the main road to the accommodation was especially appreciated given the steep and narrow road. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily recommend!」

「房間很大 有熱水」

「Trevlig och hjälpsam personal och god frukost! Men extremt lyhört och svårt att få upp värmen i rummet. 」

「Très belle chambre et salle de bain. Séjour conforme à nos attentes」

「I booked and paid for my room in advance. I booked a Deluxe Double with Balcony and breakfast. When I arrived, they didn't know about my booking. My room was obviously already taken but they were not honest about that. I was put into another room with no balcony and told that 'the price does not include breakfast'. After a couple of email exchanges with me providing proof of my 'confirmed' booking, he agreed to include breakfast (but he did not change my room). My 'balcony' was the shared area...
