「Das Holzhaus hat zwei Schlafzimmer, einen großen Wohn-Essbereich mit Küche. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, nur keine Spülmaschine. Es gibt aber eine Waschmaschine in der Hauswirtschaftskammer. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter. Die Terrasse und das Haus sind rundrum zugewachsen, so hat man einen prima Sichtschutz.
