One of the small rooms contains a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long. The other small room, which does not have a window, features a set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm wide and 190 cm long, accommodating two individuals.

The property comes with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese.
