Incredible experience!

Rich took great care of us! The property was comfortable, it was in a great location for the activities we wanted to do, and Rich was always easy to contact and very attentive to our needs! He provided so many recommendations for food and excursions, we had an absolute blast. With all the beach supplies and yard games in the shed, we had the best afternoon on the beach. When we had a question about the house, Rich was very quick to provide directions or solutions. It was a wonderful home away from home, and we plan to come back soon!

Great Location and Dog Friendly

We enjoyed our stay here. The home is roomy and comfortable, and you can walk to the beach at the end of the street. My large dogs were welcomed here too, and they loved their stay as well. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to all local activities and attractions. Maria was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We had a great trip.

Perfect family getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay! House was easy to find and was perfect for our family vacation. Nice quiet area. Kayaking was a fun adventure on the bay. Restaurants and grocery store just minutes away. Definitely a place I would stay again. Owners had great communication leading into arrival and reminders throughout the week.

Great place!

The property was nicely kept and clean. Three inside bathrooms was fantastic! The place was comfortable and well decorated. The property owner was lovely and communicated well. We would go back again!

Best dog/beach vacation!

The house is spacious, well stocked kitchen, everything we needed: for 3 adults and 2 dogs. 3 bathrooms was a plus. The beach is very close, great for long walks with the pups. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and upscale. The large deck overlooking the yard was very comfortable. Just what we wanted! Maria was anlways available and helpful. Planning our next trip now, and this is the place to stay!!

Great stay in Del Haven

An excellent house, very comfortable. Big supply of linens, kitchen utensils and beach gear. A quiet location but close enough to other areas of the cape. Very nice deck. Kayaks available.

Introduction the Cape May

Used the house as a base to learn about Cape May area as we are looking at an alternative to OBX as we have moved North. Not so much in the big houses that allow pets but lots of get away places for smaller number of guests

A Home That Has It All

The home truly has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in Cape May. All a family needs are their clothes and food and you’re set. Not having to pack a beach cart, beach chairs, beach bags, bikes, and kayaks made our trip so much easier. If you are spending the week at the bay, the location cannot be beat. Access to the bay and amazing sunsets are seconds away. If you need the beach, you’re about twenty minutes from Cape May and thirty minutes from Wildwood. Our family absolutely would stay again and highly recommend to others searching!

Fantastic vacation

My family and I had a fantastic vacation at this lovely beach home. I cannot say enough about the convenience of the layout and the amenities. Everyone had a private sleeping area with lots of room to store our stuff. The 3 full baths helped with our time schedules. And, the kitchen had everything we needed. The sunsets were amazing! The location is perfect for boardwalks, beaches and attractions. And, we did it all!

Great location near the bay

My wife, 2 young children, myself and our dog stayed at Maria's property for a week and it was wonderful! The location near the bay is perfect for sunset walks, and the place is clean and well-apportioned. We particularly loved the toy cabinet for the kids, and we made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys as well. The kitchen is very well stocked with basics, and there was every cooking tool you could need. We loved our stay at the cottage, and Maria was in contact during check-in and check-out to make sure everything was in order and went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

Eclectic bay beach house - fully equipped!

We enjoyed our Labor Day weekend getaway (adults and pets). The owners are fantastic to work with - helpful information in advance, excellent communication and great attention to detail. We thought the house was perfectly described in the listing - FULLY stocked with everything you need to enjoy the bay and your time in and around the house (which is spacious!). Just a short drive to downtown Cape May or Wildwood, which we did a few times. Really quiet, relaxed location (nice neighbors). We had no problems during our stay..

Nice quiet area.

Kitchen fully stocked in equipment and seasonings and spices. Plenty blankets, bedding and towels. Beach near property not the nicest but other beaches in area were great. Lots of stuff to do. Wineries, breweries, whale dolphin watch trips and a trolley we didn’t get a chance to take. Relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Maria was quick to respond to our concerns and questions.

Nice Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay and we had everything we needed! We enjoyed the deck for many meals and only had a small issue which is of no fault of the owner. The neighbor has 2 dogs that were out barking excessively one night. My dad asked nicely if she would take them in as we couldn’t enjoy a conversation together. She was quite rude, but her son stepped in and did take the dogs in. After that we didn’t really have an issue. The house was comfy, clean, and provided for all of our needs. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and quality family time! Thanks for a great stay!

Nice quiet house

The property was exactly how it was described. Maria was wonderful! The house was very well stocked more than I thought it would be. Placed we’ve stayed at before would say they had items there but Maria definitely goes beyond with having everything you might need there. I would say the only downfall would be the bay. First time staying by the bay but this bay was terrible. First night we walked down to it and it was low tide but to walk along it was very mucky. And it was lined with dead horseshoe crabs that gave off a very bad smell. Even the next day during high tide it still wasn’t a place to walk along. So if your looking just for a house down in Cape May County this is the house but if you’re looking to be close to a beach line this is not the spot.

Loved it!

This is an adorable home away from home for those who want to get away from it all. We loved the designer touches in the decor and everything was so comfortable that we settled in immediately. The beach is just a quick walk down the block. I was delighted with the bay beach at this time of year, though during the summer season it may not be perfect for swimming, except for young children. The owners were very easy to work with. The only trouble we had was using the DVD player which did not have directions. We were not able to watch a movie, but they said they would make sure they got that taken care of and written down for the future. I would encourage those who like to watch movies to bring their own as the selection is limited. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would certainly be happy to recommend it. Bear in mind that Cape May's Atlantic ocean beaches are approximately 6 miles away if you want waves, restaurants or if you want to stroll on the boardwalk.

Beautiful home away from home

We spent a week at this beautiful home with our two sons & their families..10 of us in all..the house was super clean, decorated so cute, was stocked with more amenities than you could imagine! We cooked everyday and made use of all the cookware, dishes, toaster & blender..the little ones loved the toy closet! We took the chairs & umbrella to the beach each day..there was plenty of room in the house for all of us and 3 bathrooms was a must! We were happily surprised to find a toddler bed tucked away in upstairs closet & used it for our littlest grandson..The deck is spacious & yard is nice for little ones as it's fenced in..we enjoyed collecting shells watching sunsets at the baybeach only a 5min walk from house..it was quiet and great for sunbathing or reading..if you want to swim, I would visit nearby Cape May Lighthouse beach(free) or the oceanfront at Cape May(pay) both are beautiful! I could go on and on..if you are planning a trip to Cape May, this is a lovely place to call home for the trip❤️ ☆we also loved that Mr Softee's icecream truck came thru the neighborhood..the grandkids loved it and it was very reasonably priced. ☆we ate breakfast at nearby Castaway Cafe..delicious food..big portions..reasonably priced, and service was great 👍
