Enjoy your own private outdoor area with a covered terrace and barbecue, ideal for unwinding or dining al fresco. There is also a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open from June 1st to mid-September) and an outdoor shower. The house is centrally located, close to all essential services and the bus stop for the main beaches of Villasimius. The nearest beach, "Simius," is just 2 km away. Nearby, you can rent quads and boats or go scuba diving.
Recycling rules: more information is provided on site. Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed and Wi-Fi is not available. Smoking is not permitted. Please respect quiet hours.
