An air-conditioned 80 m² garden-level floor is entirely at your disposal. Designed for comfort and peace, it consists of:

— a spacious living area with generous volumes, extended by large picture windows opening onto a private, secluded terrace, offering a breathtaking view stretching from the Gard to the Alps,

— an elegant sleeping area with a king-size bed (180x200),

— access to the shared heated pool, available from April to October, for moments of absolute relaxation.



Nestled in Villedieu, a Templar village with preserved charm, on the famous wine route, the house enjoys an authentic and peaceful environment. On the central square, between the fountain and century-old plane trees, cafés and bistros come alive, where you can savor the cuisine of a starred chef, a discreet gem of the region.



Just a few kilometers away, Vaison-la-Romaine invites you to travel back in time through its ancient remains and rich cultural heritage. Nature lovers will find, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, an ideal playground for hiking, cycling, or simply contemplation.
