In Villers-sur-Mer, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming flat which has been completely refurbished (in 2024) and has a sea view. It is less than 50 m from the beach, has a surface area of 35 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it includees an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises :
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area ...
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.
- Bedroom 1: with a pull-out bed or 2 single beds.
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Exterior:
- A 2 m² balcony with sea view to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
