「Our room was absolutely beautiful, we upgraded to a balcony room and the weather was lovely so ordered take out to eat on the balcony with a few drinks. Ellen was so lovely and made us feel right at home and so welcome, she told us about places to eat locally and things to do in the area. Breakfast was so good, cereal, wee sticks with cheese and ham, yoghurt, boiled eggs, toasted crumpets and lots more 😋 The hotel is so central with everything you could possibly see and do in edgartown right...

「The hotel is very nice/upscale. However, they lease a downstairs area to a restaurant that they have no control over. Our room was directly on top and music played rather loudly until 10 PM. Nothing to be done! This is a real disadvantage and needs to be considered before considering this hotel.」

「Showers were not user friendly ! We were on the first floor and there was quite a bit of noise above our room! Otherwise it was a very nice experience!」

「What we liked most about our stay was the staff. They were all very helpful, kind and pleasant.」

「Because the Morgan has a poor interface with Expedia, I never received the texts they promised after I booked the room. Eventually, I was able to gain entry to the hotel with the help of a staff member who gave me a key to my room, which was up two very steep flights of steps. The room itself was superb: modern, clean, a comfortable bed, and a private roof deck. The commercial area outside the hotel is noisy until 9:00 pm or so -- and probably much later in the summer (I came during the off...

「The staff was extremely hospitable, and the inn was clean and quaint. The gym facilities are very nice, and the view from the cupola is not to be missed.」

「Our room was huge and had a comforatble bed. It looked recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a rainy cold day so I asked for an extra blanket. I was given the blanket and offered a space heater which was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, pizza and sub shops, and the supermarket and ferry.」

「整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。」

「Was promoted as a hotel which it is not. Check in was a nightmare arrived at night was left a map and key in an envelope to my cottage could barely read it. Roads to cottage were dark, small and not well marked, had difficulty finding the cottage. No where to eat or get a drink even coffee. People were in Clubhouse when I arrived but locked doors and would not open. This is a country club with some cottages for rent. You are on your own in the middle of nowhere. Would never go back.」
