「Perfect location for an extended family get together. The pool was a great asset as were the pool table and table tennis. Very large living area ensured everyone had space to hang out. The shopping centre was within walking distance. Close to airport. Excellent communication with host. Will book again if we're back in Perth. Thank you for a lovely stay. 」

「Neither smoke alarm worked, notified on the first day, was in the pantry because the other one was broken. After 7 days of not fixing we left the property. She left a note about a recent fire in the house, didn't tell us prior to arriving.The old desil heater (decomissioned) still has vents that let cold air in throughout the house. It was so cold that my toddler wet himself through his nappy to his cot and his hands and feet were blue in the morning. Toilets didn't flush great on the first day...

「Host is very friendly, house is well maintained and decorated. Great location with easy access into Kalamunda or down the hill. 」

「Kitchen area was clean. House is a little run down. Mattresses and old Tyers in backyard this place is not suited to people with small kids. Very Dark inside, Windows could not be open at all, no escape in a fire situation. Back yard not looked after at all. I know they are in drought but you can still clean up. 」

「Great spot, everything you need for a little getaway. Loved the wildlife, roos, ducks, frogs, birds, was lovely sitting on the front balcony watching and listening and chatting. Comfy beds, and loved the reclining lounge chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen and the shower was great. Was a little hard to to work out how to get out the back area, there some steps out the back on the right. Shops not far away, some lovely cafes and restaurants not far away and easy to get to.」

「We have stayed in this house twice now and we would stay here again in the future. It is a sanctuary, when in the backyard it feels like you're in the bush, not in the city. And there are many different types of birds in the trees. The house is large and comfortable, the beds are comfy and the air con works great. It is a decent walk to the beach which we loved, we walked it every day. The host is lovely and responsive, too.」

「There was nothing i could fault. Amazing home, clean, comfortable, wish we had booked longer. Enclosed back yard so the toddler was safe. Showers were amazing. Host replied fast to any questions and the home was well maintained.」
