"A picture paints a thousand words., which is why we chose this house. BIG mistake. On arrival the lawn hadn’t been watered for a long time. The lawn was an overgrown mass of weeds. Once inside it ‘appeared’ fairly good. Once back from our lunch the negatives started poking their heads out.First was one of the dining chairs appeared to be stained. Like someone had wet their pants and just sat there. (Dining chairs were material covered). Second was the Bathroom ceiling was falling down AND mouldy....

"Room was not as described. Room was not at location originally given, not close to train station or airport. When I spoke with host over the phone, he said I could cancel, but I said if i did it was no refund, so if he cancelled then I would get a refund. He did not understand as his English was poor. I stayed as that was the easiest option at that point, and the lady who was looking after the house was very friendly, and the house was clean, but there were four other guests there, and it was...

"Great spot, everything you need for a little getaway. Loved the wildlife, roos, ducks, frogs, birds, was lovely sitting on the front balcony watching and listening and chatting. Comfy beds, and loved the reclining lounge chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen and the shower was great. Was a little hard to to work out how to get out the back area, there some steps out the back on the right. Shops not far away, some lovely cafes and restaurants not far away and easy to get to."

Garde Hotel and Warders Cottages

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely gorgeous and wonderful hospitality. A real treat to stay here. Loved the brekkie and mini bar inclusion. Comfy and cosy and light. Will definitely come back."

Great Southern Hotel Perth

8/10 Good

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. The hotel parking is easily accessible, and the car bays are not a tight fit. The meals are tasty although I only had dinner there and not breakfast. If there was one thing that I think could be improved on is the beds are very firmed and slightly uncomfortable."
