「The property was not as described. The carport could not be accessed by vehicles and the property was for sale with open houses prior to the booking without cleaning occuring afterwards which was not disclosed in the advertisement or the bookings process. We also found the beds very uncomfortable. We tried to discuss the matter with the agents (Professional Holiday Homes) to resolve the issues and they were condoscending, untruthful and very unhelpful. This was especially dissapointing given...

「Coastal Villa was like a home away from home, the cleanliness was top notch as well as quality linen and towels. The whole home is well equipped throughout. I didn't need to use any of the cleaning products that I brought along from home, no nasty smells or anything! For a 3 bedroom home, it is quite spacious with built in wardrobes in every room. The outdoor area is nice for chilling out. The location was great too, less than 2 mins drive to the beach or shops. We definitely hope to return...
