“We had an amazing stay at the quiet cabin. Jim & Effie were great hosts.Jim was even got my shy teen to come out of his shell alittle by the end of our stay! Jim greeted us with fresh eggs and muffins we took a tour of the trails on the property our pups loved the space to run and play even taking advantage of some swim time at the pond on the property. “Awesome spot with a beautiful backyard that includes a heated pool, BBQ gas grill and tiki bar. Solid location close to LBI. Lots of beds so perfect for large groups.”

“The town house was new. The biggest problem was the heat the furnace was upstairs where the bedrooms are. The living room and kitchen were cold, and it was extremely hot upstairs and there was only one zone. Also, no shades or curtains except in one bedroom and they were shear, we felt exposed. The primary bedroom had no pillowcases and we only had two bath towels. Suggestion put a gas heater in the living room. Overall it looked worn.”

“Our stay at the Ali house was nothing short of perfect. Burnie really goes above and beyond to familiarize you with the house and all amenities at check-in. She even turned on the hot tub for us so it would be hot when we checked in. The property is stunning and peaceful. The atrium rooms in the house really let you take in the scenery and foliage. “Javann was great & very responsive. He responded to all my messages promptly & when I couldn't figure out the lock box he drove over to help me (it was user error on my part). The neighborhood is older, but the neighbors I interacted with were friendly. Inside of the house was very clean & exceeded my expectation. There was a lot of space for my 3 kids & dog with 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen & bathroom. It also had a backyard where I could take my dog. Parking was first come, first……
