「Staff were so kind, so helpful, always smiling and willing to help. Things in the area can be quite expensive so plan ahead and bring cash. The pathways on the property can also be quite slippery. The bed was so comfortable and the views are spectacular. 」

「Wow I don’t know how to even put into words how amazing our stay was. The entire staff was beyond accommodating and attentive. They reached out weeks even before our trip to ensure we had proper transportation there as it is a massive commute. Once we got close they reached back out about ensuring we would have a dinner of our choosing ready for us. The room was exactly like the photos and incredibly clean. 「とてもフレンドリーなスタッフと素敵なお部屋で本当に快適に過ごせました。 色々とアドレスをくれたり、細やかな気遣いでタムコックの滞在が素晴らしいものになりました。 街からは少し離れていますがマウンテンバイクがあればすぐです。貸し出してくれるマウンテンバイクはカゴがありませんのでリュックなどが必要ですが、とても乗りやすいマウンテンバイクで、快適にタムコックの街を周る事が出来ました。 朝食はパンケーキや目玉焼きが油で揚げられていてちょっとビックリしました。普通に焼いたものが良かったのでその点は残念でしたが、お部屋に帰る度にフルーツを用意してくれたりする心使いが素晴らしく、朝食のマイナス点を全て打ち消してくれました。 機会があればまた来たいと思います。 」

「We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. 」
