「The unit was so clean and tidy it was a pleasure to stay there. The hosts left many options for entertainment and a guide book if you wanted to check out town. The location was extremely quiet which was nice. The yard looked like a nice place to hang out, but we just happened to show up on the hottest day of the summer. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Hosted with the utmost care and flexibility. The property is beautiful and exceptionally appointed. Very Clean, plenty of linens/towels, a coffee bar that any coffee aficionado would enjoy, and a spa to relax. The kitchen has almost anything you’d need to cook and serve a full meal, including spices. Washer and dryer was super helpful. Neighborhood has virtually no traffic and the neighbors are quiet. The location is easy, close to downtown and UI. Easy drive to surrounding cities-Pullman, etc....

「I was in town for the Grazing Hills Fiber Festival to sell my beautiful alpaca fiber and needed somewhere cool and quiet to spend the weekeend nights. It was a cute studio, with everything I needed! The AC unit blocked out the upstairs footsteps, which helped. Parking was great! And nice to be able to walk to food! Will consider staying here next summer. Thank you!」

「Perfect place for our family to stay while dropping one of our boys off for college. Easy walk to downtown and plenty of room for us and our six children. One point of concern was our ten year old got scared when a person we did not know accessed the basement without any prior communication with us. 「While the location was a few miles from Pullman, the drive was pretty from Steptow Butte and the price very affordable. Note. Do not follow any Google route onto gravel or dirt roads, use the paved highway. The apartment is light and airy, with a full kitchen. The unit is on the second floor. The evening and morning cloud formations were really pretty. Very quiet and comfortable bed and sofa bed. Communication with Ethan was very easy and he was quick with responses. Thank you Ethan.」
