Quiet bay view

Nice condo with relaxing view of the bay. Unfortunately the complex’s swim up bar and cafe were closed for the summer. The unit was conveniently located right off the stairs/elevator. The master bedroom could use new carpet (stained) mattress (saggy), and pillows. But we had a nice time.

Stay overall was good. Jose’s restaurant is awesome. Check in was not ready on time checked in 2 hours late due to cleaning crew. Swim up bar closed half the week and no bartenders to open bar. Refrigerator was broken had to constantly buy ice and could only keep minimal groceries in the refrigerator in our living room. TV was broken but repaired by maintenance. Other than that great location and great times at Jose’s

Easy beach week with everything you need

Perfectly equipped three bedroom condo on the first floor (above the garage level). Sunset views, quick walk to the beach, easy to come and go. Loved the proximity to Back Bay Wildlife Refuge and False Cape State Park.

Great place but the outside and walking halls need addressed

The inside of the home was nice but the bathtub was stained and dirty, the outside porch was full of spiders and bugs, the hallways and elevator shafts were very hot and uncomfortable

Great place!

The property was nicely furnished and updated. The unit is on the same level as the pool and grills . This was very convenient. They had some salt and pepper, paper towel,1 toilet paper in each bathroom a couple of dishwasher detergent and some shampoo and conditioner and bar soap in each bathroom. There is an elevator to use also. Also a very good Mexican restaurant on the property. The only downside was we couldn’t find our parking spots to use. But there were empty spots with no numbers so we parked there. No locker space to store the beach stuff in was our only complaints. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great place with plenty of room for our family.

Place was nice but Vacasa is a horrific company to rent through. Arrived to a completely untouched condo. Dirty sheets on beds. Dishes. Food. No communication from Vacasa. Our first night wasted waiting for a team member to clean then we had to end up doing it ourselves.

Beautiful apartment. Comfortable

All, except the porch, was lovely. Porch had insects and animal feces. Looked as though it was not swept or cleaned.
