Living & Dining
- Relax in the welcoming living area with a cozy seating area and a stylish white-painted brick fireplace.
- Enjoy a movie night on the 50` HDTV with Roku.
- A dining table for four is perfect for sharing meals or playing board games.

Kitchen
- The fully equipped kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, electric stove, oven, microwave, and toaster.
- We provide a drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper), and a full set of dishes, silverware, and bakeware.

Bedrooms
- Primary Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen bed with fresh cotton linens and room-darkening shades for a restful night`s sleep. A closet and dresser provide ample storage.
- Second Bedroom: Perfect for kids or friends, this room includes a sturdy bunk bed with two twin mattresses, room-darkening shades, and its own closet space.

Bathroom
- A clean and bright full bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination.
- We provide a fresh towel set for each guest, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Outdoor Space
- Step outside to the shared, fully fenced backyard—a great grassy space for kids or pets to play.
- Enjoy a meal at the painted picnic tables next to a colorful mural.
- Rinse off the sand in the shared outdoor shower.

Workspace & Connectivity
- Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection.
- A dedicated workspace in a common area allows you to comfortably work remotely.
House Rules with a Twist!
No Smoking, there is a $500 fee applied if this is violated.
Dish Duty: Used dishes? Give them a quick wash and put them back. Easy peasy!
Furniture Fun: Feel free to rearrange, but please return things to their spots and switch off lights and small appliances before you leave.
Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaning—we’re here to help!
Sleep Sweetly: Max three people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.

Pet Policy: We would love to welcome up to 2 dogs per stay!

Guests may incur additional cleaning costs due to the length of stay and cleanliness level. Guests staying for 30 or more nights will pay an additional $50.


Trash Policy: Place all trash in the dumpster in the back of the complex. We do not recycle at this time.

Laundry: Laundry is not available on the complex. Use a local laundromat if needed.

Parking Info: Two parking spots included. Please park in the apartment number that you are assigned to in your check-in instructions.
