Atlantic Villa Fran-to-Sea has left nothing for you to long for, as every detail of this spectacular oceanfront masterpiece will leave you feeling as refreshed as a dip in the sparkling blue sea. Atlantic Villa Fran-to-Sea welcomes her guests with three levels and over 7,000 square feet of luxury living!

The first floor is a fun-filled floor with a pool table, foosball table, and a 42” TV with a Blu-Ray player. There is a 15 seat theater with a 65” screen and surround sound, great for family movie night! The convenient wet bar, fridge, and sink are close-by. A half hall bath is just outside, along with a laundry room (one out of two), and access onto the patio, which leads to the in-ground pool and beach. If exercising is a must, enjoy your own exercise room, providing fitness buffs with a Recumbent bike, treadmill, and cross trainer along with a TV! There are three bedroom suites located on the first floor: two king main suites with a private bath and one queen main suite with a bath. Two entrances to the villa are on the first floor, one being via stairs to the foyer, the other with close proximity to the elevator, which accesses each floor.

The second level offers a well-equipped kitchen accented with gorgeous cabinetry, granite counters, state-of-the-art appliances, and a large pantry. Two dishwashers, three ovens, two cook-tops, and two refrigerators. A chef’s dream! Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker so bring your K Cups! The open feeling of the living, dining and den area is accented by comfortable furnishings in two sitting areas, a fireplace, a 42-inch LED TV with speakers, and a Blu-Ray player. The dining table, side center table, and kitchen counter can accommodate 28 guests, making this a spectacular choice for a holiday gathering! A half bath is located in the hall near the den area, as well as a wet bar with a sink. There is one bedroom on the middle level, a king main suite and a bathroom, including a 42 x 72 whirlpool tub, correct vanity height for wheelchairs, as well as a 48-inch roll-in shower. This suite offers deck access to the spacious wrap-around deck and hot tub. Deck furniture scattered around will provide the perfect seating arrangements for anyone, depending on whether they want a sunny or sheltered location with a spectacular ocean view, or prefer a sunny place to sit overlooking the pool.

The third upper-most level of this incredible home offers a central library room with a card table, reading books for all ages, a useful desk, and the second laundry room with a washer and dryer. Five bedrooms finish the upper level; two bunk rooms, one with two double/double bunks and the other with two twin/double bunks, provide ample play space, private baths with tub showers and smart TVs; a spacious room with two queen beds, private bath, and deck access; a king main suite with a private bath and deck access; and the third king main suite with deck access and a private bath.

The in-ground pool with a spa is refreshing after a day at the beach. Located directly on the oceanfront and south side of the house where the pool gets sun all day, you can’t get any closer to the ocean. The second-floor deck above provides shade for those who need it while still being close by! A convenient hot/cold outside shower and lounging furniture are just a few of the outside amenities you can enjoy.

Wedding/event-friendly. Maximum guest capacity for the date and time of your occasion cannot at any time exceed 75 persons.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
Please note, the property south of this unit is having a home built.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 9 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
