Location great, condo amazing, beds were memory foam and very firm, more parking would be better for a 4 bedroom unit.

We loved our stay. Noticed some cleanliness details (food stuck to a blanket, lots of crumbs in crevices of dining room table) and a few overlooked details (like random burned out lightbulbs) but nothing serious and the house felt "clean" enough. The place is huge and comfortable, and you can see and hear the ocean, which is heaven. On weekdays the community is quiet and tranquil; on weekends it's a different vibe and we had to keep doors closed because of loud music and barking dogs. Nevertheless, we had a great trip. I think we'd all stay here again.

Property was great! Had an issue with the property manager telling us the property was ready early.No top sheet on King Bed.Otherwise it was awesome! Highly recommend!

Great get away!

A beautiful weekend getaway with family at Sandbridge! Plenty of space for each family member, furnishings were spot on! Condo complex just opening for season; pools not open yet. Strongly recommend for group or family with lots of interests.

Great Beach & Location

Lots of room, well designed and great location! Although we were given the impression that the pool would still be open, it was not; however, the beach is huge, clean and the crowds are small this time of year. We had a great time! The property owner was outstanding!!

A+ Location, Great Condo

A little bit of a rocky start as the key wasn’t in the lockbox. It took about an hour to straighten out, but once we got inside, the condo was everything advertised. Great views from the living room and master bedroom decks, three pools and a one minute walk to the beach. Well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Ryan seems to be responsive, but we didn’t really have to bother him, as everything was fine. Eight people and three generations and we had everything you might want in a beachfront rental. If Virginia Beach is where you want to be, this place would be hard to beat.

Great stay

The views from this place were beautiful! The whole place is so nicely done. The beds were comfy and linens were clean. Nice to have tvs in each room. Each bedroom had a full bathroom which is so nice when traveling with a group. Lots of useful kitchen utensils. Staff around the building are so friendly and helpful, always working hard to keep everything clean. There are three pools in different areas of the buildings that you can ask the staff how to get to (hard to find on your own). You have to use a key card to get into the buildings which was hard to figure out with only two keys and 6 adults coming and going with kids. The staff eventually just told us the code to the key pad which was a game changer! We were bummed the pool bar wasn’t open. That pool area appeared to be under construction. The pool itself was open, just not the bar and cute tables that are pictured. Just as a useful hint, there is a closet with stuff that other guests have left behind including beach chairs and sand toys for kids. I’d hold off renting anything prior to arrival to save yourself money. There’s cute shops all down the road where you can buy toys if needed. I did use ocean rentals for beach towels which was $21 for the week for 4 nice towels. The ocean views are incredible, the sand is nice and clean. A tractor drives through and cleans it up early every morning. The fishing pier is so charming and is in walking distance. Overall, worth the trip!

Girls’ Trip

This place was perfect for our annual girl’s trip. The kitchen is well stocked and it is ver close to the beach. The pools make it even better. The unit is quiet and very spacious. The outdoor patio is great for dining out or for happy hour. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative was not really knowing to pick up the key on the way to the rental as it is about 20 minutes away. But besides that, this place is great!

A Time in Paradise

Our sibling reunion was precious time spent together and can be summed up by the hashtag: “Family over Everything” The property itself is spacious, well appointed, clean and luxurious. Ryan, the management agent, answered all questions with immediacy and fidelity. Pungo/Sandbridge is an area that provides an opportunity to embrace the wonder of nature and refresh one’s very soul. Various tour options were “such fun.” The restaurants Blue Pete’s and Margie & Rays also deserve a “5 Star” rating. Have “no reservations” about making a reservation.

Last minute getaway

I booked this property as a very last-minute getaway. Sandbridge Beach is away from the hustle and bustle of Virginia Beach proper and extremely family friendly. The location of the property and the property itself was perfect! The property owners/management team was extremely responsive and accommodating. The beach is literally steps away. The property has pool access for when the waves get a little rough. Overall, the experience was perfect for my family and our needs. Should the opportunity arise again, I will definitely book this property again.

The worst "five star" experience ever

We booked this venue back in February 2023 after viewing the online pictures and reading the FOUR "5 star" reviews from previous bookers, As this was the only vacation we were taking this year as a family, we chose a location and residence that we felt would afford us the opportunity to make lasting memories. Upon arriving at the location, we found dirty sheets on the bed in the master bedroom, bugs under the pillow of another bedroom and sand on the floor through the penthouse. We alerted the management company of these issues and were assured that they would contact the cleaners and handle this matter promptly. However, not only did the cleaners NEVER arrive throughout our stay, but our numerous texts and outreach to Ryan from the management firm was met with silence and automated responses. We ended up washing the sheets on all the beds ourselves, sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathrooms. To further mar the memories of our visit, we discovered that the couch in the livingroom was dirty and tearing apart at the seams, the outdoor patio areas was covered in cobwebs, the lamps and furniture in various rooms were broken and the overall state of the apartment was one of disrepair and unsanitary conditions. The first tenet of exceptional customer service is "treat your customer like gold"; a statement which is the antithesis to how we were treated during our stay. It would behoove this venue's management to remember that customer perception is THEIR reality.
