The A/C filters were very dirty. The room smells musty. The floor, and sink dirty. Had to clean the floor and filters to be able to shut my eyes. Got sick afterwards, needed antihistamines. All the family members in the room were sneezing with stuffy nose.

I had a great experience at Springwood Motel in VA. Rhonda was amazing and very helpful throughout my stay. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They were also very accommodating with any requests I made, which made my stay feel comfortable and easy. I really appreciate their hospitality and would definitely recommend this motel.

Literally had ROACHES in the rooms. We switched three times before finally checking out. Multiple roaches. The staff does NOT clean unless you’re staying for a month. It was HORRIBLE I wouldn’t refer my enemy to stay here!

Booked two queen beds showed up they don't have the room available have to get second room so we have two beds. They did discount the rooms for us but It's still a problem planning a trip weeks in advance then showing up and finding out how you set things up to deal with potential additional travelers suddenly doesn't matter. There were small bugs/roaches in both rooms.

There were cockroaches in the room everywhere and the elevator was broken and wouldn’t go down. You had to hit the up button and go up to go down. The manager didn’t even care when I told him what was going on and kind of blew me off. And they never refunded the money for the stay, which is crazy. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

My room had roaches in it. The staff woke me up a day early and made me leave come to found out I had another day left. After I left they charge my card $400 and didnt explain to me why they did it. The staff was good but it was a very noisy place. We had to complain because the people above us sounded like a heard of elephants all hours of the day. The maintenance absolutely was terrible. We were in more than one room. The first room part of the toilet was broken and the door the room wouldn't fully close unless you slammed it, I was even told this by the front desk about the door. The second room the bathroom door wouldn't even stay closed and the door handle even came off, and you can tell the poor work because the was a patch in the wall that wasn't fixed properly. We also felt extremely uncomfortable outside there at night. I saw a car with a guy sitting in it all hours or the night. I think he was there because a woman he was with worked there. It was extremely unsettling. All the beds that we saw only came with 2 sheets there was no blankets like a comforter. We also heard from multiple other guest that the laundry was unreliable because it wouldn't take the money properly and the app for it was very spotty. Also very noisy from all the traffic from the interstate that this location backs right up to. On the upside this location was close to the heart of the city and with in minutes of so many things.

Even with a reservation the hotel had no room for us. Refused to do any actual work to help us and sent us to another hotel where the staff was equally averse to doing anything to honor our reservation saying quote “we reserve the right to refuse service to whomever we want” So the staff at two hotels essentially said, we dont care that you have a reservation, go f yourself.
