“This was a last minute stay due just one evening to break up our drive from NC beach. Decided to take the waters at Jefferson Baths, and this inn right across the street. Unfortunately, the much-lauded restaurant is closed Mon& Tues. But had an amazing buffet breakfast the next day with hot and cold dishes from scratch! “The new owners have done a wonderful job with renovations! I stayed at Fox Mountain Inn years ago and noticed the improved cleanliness of the rooms, new paint, an outdoor pet area, and the fire pit. “Everyone was friendly! After making the reservation online, I received a phone call from Jonathan confirming and thanking me for booking with them. This quaint inn is quiet, accommodating and perfect for my short stay in the area--even for a holiday weekend. I purchased an extension cord and it worked perfectly to blow dry and style my hair at the mirror. “This property is stunningly beautiful. A wedding venue with lovely lodging. Super comfortable bed in a nice room. Nothing negative to say. We were the only couple in the building until about bedtime and someone else came in. We heard them arrive to the room next door, and no noise after that.
