Room was clean, pillows & bed were comfortable. The heater/fan unit didn't work well. The fan setting did not work so it didn't blow to circulate like it should. Had a great one night stay with family at Giants Ridge. Owner was quick and responsive to questions. Giants Ridge let my family member check in early with a quick phone call to verify their identify which was much appreciated! Would stay here again without hesitation.
