“I’m not usually someone who writes reviews often, but even though I already posted a review on Expedia for my exceptional stay, I have to mention this as well. During my visit, I accidentally left a shoe valued at $2,000 in the room. I only realised it a month later when I returned to L.A. What makes this experience unforgettable is the incredible customer service. I wasn’t even completely sure I had left the shoe in Paris, since we continued traveling through the south of France afterward. But……

“all good, except there was left over smell after cleaning (smell like detergent). I am sensitive on odour and need to open the balcony door overnight to clear the smell.”

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“This was an amazing stay for a few different reasons. Our contact was very responsive. It is unit 7 with a very small stair case on the 3rd level. The bed was a very comfortable Queen size bed with a decent bathroom with good water pressure. The toilet was not part of the bathroom and really small but we found it just was typical Europe. “Terrific studio apartment. The host was very pleasant and accommodating. Communication was great. The room was clean, very well equipped, it even contained a washing machine. AC functioned very well on a hot summer day”

“Excellent location and the room was clean with the listing description quite accurate. Staff was helpful and available even though they weren’t physically on site. Elevator is very small which was not a problem for us but it could be a problem if you have large luggage or are large in size yourself. But overall would highly recommend this property and this company.”
