「The room is clean and spacious for 2 people. There is a bit of issue in the bathroom but the staff came in to take care of it and the WiFi is good also. I like that there is a jug of water by the hallway where you can get hot or cold water. One thing I would like to improve is that it would be nice if there is a floor bath towel to avoid the floor being so wet. Thank you」

「Hospitality of the staff and the owners was amazing i only turned on staying their two days after seeing how peaceful and beautiful the property was i stayed in extra 5 days and i will definitely go back they are expanding to private bungalows and the first one is almost complete to share some time with them again wonderful people wonderful place did i mention they have a very nice salt water pool big bonus」

「Location was great, right off of Lacson. Merkado Lacson was just around the corner with live music and food stalls at night. Plenty of laundry in the area, Korean Karoake bar just up the street, and not far from lagoon park / street food. Everything functioned in the room, shower did not drain too well, caused some water overflow into the toilet area. Room remained clean as long as you use the door sign, they didn’t respond well to verbal requests. Staff was very professional otherwise. I would...

「It was a practical place to rest overnight to book for the whale shark adventure. Good value for the money, you’ll have an airconditioned room with fan, hot and cold shower, toiletries, clean sheets, towels and a comfortable mattress to sleep in. They have a 24 hour front desk and convenience store. Guest can have a free tour guide if you book for the whale watching activity which is just 2 mins walk.」

"The pool is excellent, just the weather is not sunny most of the days. The major problem is transportation. It is difficult to call uber or taxi to come and pick us from the hotel, the place is a bit too far from Mactan downtown. The hotel staff is helpful for calling meter taxi for you, however, we met one taxi driver he insisted for a fixed price! Which is more than double of meter taxi. That day was a rainy day, we seemed didn’t have a choice, and we had waited for a taxi more than 20mins already. We once need to wait for taxi around 1 hour to come to hotel to pick us, which is such a new experience to us in a resort. There are lots of restaurant for you to enjoy in the hotel."

"The hotel is very nice. There was free tea time at 3 pm which is great! There were also activities like zumba, belly dance which was entertaining.
Our suggestions - Please provide welcome drinks . Most big hotels have. Put Netflix or youtube in your TV settings most hotels have this. Shuttle services should add a bit more. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you."

"房間比較舊之外，一切都很好，員工和善、早餐好吃、沙灘美，私人沙灘就可以就近浮潛看到許多魚跟海星，可是有看到許多遊客拿起海星在沙灘玩，沒有人阻止…覺得有點擔心。"
