Perfect Istria

We had 3 couples staying and the house was fabulous. You need a vehicle, but it is close to everything and great for our daily adventures to explore the magnificent Istria area. A fabulous kitchen which was very well equipped and made for some great evening meals. Communication with Branko was great.We all wished we had of been able to stay for longer.

Great vacation in a lovely villa!

We spent 2 weeks with 4 adults and 4 children in this lovely villa. Both Matjaz, the owner of the house and Branko, the caretaker where very kind, whilst we didn´t really need their help - as everything was abvailable (even the toaster ;-)....). Thanks for a great vacation and see you again!

Très bon séjour

La maison est propre et parfaitement équipée. Les espaces communs sont grands et confortables. WIFI ok. Le propriétaire et les personnes qui s'occupent de la villa sont vraiment adorables, au petit soin, ils interviennent immédiatement au moindre "problème" (dans notre cas, nid de guêpes enlevé en quelques heures). Le linge est fourni en grande quantité ce qui est très appréciable. Le jardin est magnifique, la piscine très agréable, transat et parasol à disposition. Je souhaite juste préciser pour compléter la description et ne pas se laisser surprendre : il faut prendre la voiture pour tout, rien à faire à pieds. La maison se situe dans un "village" sans commerce, avec une église, un cimetière mais surtout fait partie d'un groupement de 4 villas, dont deux très proches (heureusement il y a la végétation) donc le calme dépend surtout des familles voisines (dans notre cas, clairement bruyantes hélas la 2e semaine). Ne pas hésiter à noter le marché local à Porec, ouvert tous les matins de la semaine près des grands parkings. Nous l'avons trouvé bien trop tard :) Au global un séjour en famille de 2 semaines réussi, mais nous avons moins bougé que nous pensions du fait des distances. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse !

Nicht alles Gold was Glänzt

Die Bilder im Internet sind mit Weitwinkel aufgenommen und entsprechen nicht der wirklichkeit. Die Anlage ist sauber und schön, aber sehr einsam. Einkaufen und Essengehen ist in nächster nähe nicht möglich. Es knallt außerdem alle 15 Min sehr Laut und kann ganz schön Nervig werden, keine Ahnung woher das kam aber es war die ganze Woche zu hören.

Etwas schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhälnis, ansonsten sehr gut

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, kein Verkehr. Allerdings ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis etwas schlecht. Aufgrund der Ausrüstung wäre es bei einem niedrigeren Preis ein sehr gutes Haus mit tollem Angebot.

The villa is great and we had a super time at the villa and touring the local area. Excellent, quiet location, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. You can imagine you are in the only house in the area. Great outdoor space for enjoying the sun and seeking the shade and sports with lovely pool and BBQ. Renovierungs bedürftig. Silkonfugen schwarz oder fehlten komplett. Kein Toster, uralte Kaffeemaschiene, kein Holz für Kamin und Grill auf dem Grundstück. Pool wurde in den 10 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt!! Ob wohll es uns versprochen wurde.Fernsehempfang sehr schlech usw. Ansonsten eine Schönes Haus.

Beautiful luxurious spacious property in idyllic quiet location. Great pool. All amenities. Car required. Twenty minutes to beautiful beaches, great restaurants and picturesque towns. Lots of activities nearby. Helpful owner, very responsive maintenance service. We had a fantastic family holiday with teenage children.

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort und wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Villa bietet reichlich Platz und der Garten ist wirklich super schön angelegt, um nicht gestört zu werden! Der Pool ist kindgerecht gebaut, es gibt also auch einen Flachbereich! Die Umgebung ist ländlich und noch nicht touristisch überlaufen, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause! Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) hatten erneut einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Blick zum.ca 20 min entfernten Meer. Haus ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, Umfeld sehr ruhig und sicher. Beheizter Pool, auch gut für Schwimmanfänger. Es fehlt an nichts, selbst ein Kinderreisebett und ein Mountainbike waren vorhanden Dank, wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Best Holiday Ever

We stayed in Vila Primula in June when the summer was already getting properly hot. At that time the whole Istria region was yet to welcome seasonal tourists. Therefore the atmosphere was still very calm. The villa was like a fairytale gem. Big enough to offer comfortable for our friends we invited. It proofed to be a proper holiday place. One of the great thing was the fact was no matter how hot outdoors, inside the temperature was always cool. All facilities are taken care for. Kitchen is equiped to a great standard. The garden is muck bigger that the photos show with lovely fresh herbs growing there. The place can be some sort of party zone, with very smarty installed hi-fi system which provides great sound at the pool area. We spent our evenings at the built-in barbeque and the large dinning table. Is was a romantic and relaxing as it gets. We will back soon.

Wir - 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern - hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Primula. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das gilt ebenso für den Pool, der beheizt ist und eine Außendusche mit warmem Wasser hat. Die Beschreibung zu dem Haus und die Fotos entsprechen zu 100 % der Realität. Die Betreuung durch die Agentur und den Vermieter/Verwalter waren absolut top und sehr freundlich. Klasse Service.

Stunning luxury villa in Istria

Everything was done to a very high standard. Personal service from the owner who met us at the local petrol station and then led us to the villa at the start of our stay. Complimentary local cheese, oil and bread left as a welcome. Good wifi. Great sound system with outside speakers which we could enjoy to the full as the villa is quite isolated.Great place to spend time relaxing.
