This detached guest house has a full kitchen area, sitting area, oversized Quartz countertop, cooktop, stainless steel built-in microwave oven, fridge, cherry wood cabinets. A closet, king bed+sofa bed, sleep upto 4. onsite Washer/Dryer. WIFI. Cooking and dining wares provided. Tea, coffee, coffee maker, and kettle are available. Amazing unblocked open space with Cali Hill and Sunrise view, private and super quite, no road noise. Close to HWY 78, Walmart, Target shopping mall nearby.

This large sunny studio has 3 windows with blinds, private bathroom with a windows, glass shower, chair-high toilet, roomy closet, full kitchen has a fridge, gas burners, microwave, countertop oven, toaster, hot water boiler, coffee maker, kettle, cooking and dining wares. In unit washer and dryer , iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fresh luxury bed linens, towels, duvets available on site. Self check in with smart key access. House manual on kitchen countertop.
Surrounding area:
Walmart & Target shopping mall is about 5 minutes drive away, there have ALDI grocery stores, Petsmart, restaurants, 24-hours fitness club; HWY 78 is also there. In order to submit this review I had to fill in all required boxes. Please note, the owner canceled my reservation the night before I was supposed to arrive, so I never stayed at this property. I was given 2 different reasons by the co-owners for the cancellation: One was a plumbing problem, the other was double booking with another site. The co- owner mentioned giving me a discount on a future booking : however no arrangements were made. I was the one who had to make the cancellation with vrbo. The owner was apologetic but that’s all. I was Very unhappy with this experience. Unbelievable. apologetic, but that did not help. with

I can't recommend staying here. Avoid this place.

We arrived at the property but they had changed the gate code. They didn't bother to call us with updated code. They did not answer our repeated calls. This created a 2 hour delay gaining access. The bed was reported to have a memory foam pad, It wasn't. The single mattress (no box spring) was on a steel frame with steel slats. We were unable to sleep at all. There was human hair on the bedding and stains, also hair in kitchen dish drainer. Bathroom and kitchen had not been cleaned. Mold was found in several areas. Not enough linens were provided. Stove controls were broken, and covered with duct tape. Microwave was filthy. In speaking with the hosts they were argumentative. They were unwilling to accommodate basic needs, making it impossible for us to stay there. They offered us a 3 night refund on the condition of a positive review. They did not, and they misrepresented the property. Directions to the property were inadequate and it was difficult to find at night.

Nice views!

We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay in this property. The view from the back porch is beautiful and you can see the sunrise. Communication with Cindy was great, she always replied within seconds, we will stay here on our next visit.

This was a perfect place for a getaway weekend. Everything was neat and included necessities incase you forgot. It was a bonus that it included a smart TV, where you could use Netflix, Disney plus and more. If there were any problems, I knew they'd be in reach. Absolutely enjoyed my stay.

Awesome Studio in the Hills

My two children and I had a wonderful experience at this rental. Mrs. Cindy and Mr. Wei were very friendly and accommodating, and their communication was excellent! I checked in at midnight and they came out to greet me and provided clear instructions on house rules. Cleanliness—Excellent. The bed, linens, futon sofa, kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer unit, floors, etc.—everything was clean. Bed—Excellent. There’s a king size bed in the studio. It was comfortable! There were extra pillows and comforter available if needed. Also, Mrs. Cindy provided additional towels and linens just in case. Kitchen—Excellent. The kitchen was clean and has full size appliances available for use. There are plates, drink ware, silverware, and cookware available for use. Laundry—Good. There is a washer/dryer unit in the rental. Laundry detergent is provided. The washer was a bit louder than expected but both worked perfectly and got the job done. Bathroom—Good. The bathroom was clean. Towels and toiletries were provided. AC—Excellent. There is one AC unit which cooled the studio perfectly. Patio/Outside—Excellent. You do have a private patio which overlooks the area. It beautiful, especially at night. Patio furniture is available for use as well. The studio is located directly to the side of the host’s main house, which is on gated, private property going up a hill. The road to the rental is narrow—not a problem for me, but just a side note. You will be driving through a gate to get to the studio. A gate remote is provided for convenience. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay at this rental again.

Perfect place for our family and 2 furry pets!

We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect. We have a 1yr old and since there was minimal decor we didnt have to worry about our little one getting into stuff. Plenty of space for our dogs 2 run around and play. So nice having a place to stay with AC as well. Our only issue and it wasn’t a make or break for us, we would definitely stay again, was there were pintcher bugs constantly getting in and we had to be careful in the am or at night when we got back in. Also since the house is on a septic tank they ask not to flush TP down the toilet, which took some getting use to. But other than that it was a perfect stay, they had a Netflix account and WI-FI set up for us. They were very accommodating letting us check in early too! Great views, quite street, made our stay awesome!
