All three generations in our group had a wonderful experience at this property. The main house and casita were both very clean and well-stocked and set up very nicely for the 10 of us. And the grandkids really enjoyed and made great use of the pool, pickelball court, and game room!

Beautiful home

It is a lovely home with everything you could possibly need for a lovely vacation. The greenery around the home is mature and beautiful. The kitchen is excellently outfitted to cook a tasty meal and there is space to relax and unwind.

Great for big families

This was an ideal stay for our two families with kids ranging from middle school to college. The pool is great and well-maintained. Pickleball/basketball court was popular with everyone too. Extremely clean. Very roomy and comfortable for our large group. Neighborhood is quiet and laid back. It is a little bit of a drive to beaches or attractions, but it was worth it to be able to stay in such a great house.

Great Getaway

The home was very well stocked and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed many of the game options as a family. The property management company was very attentive to meeting our needs. The town of Vista didn’t have as much to offer for our interests, but it’s close enough to enjoy the nearby towns of Encinitas, Oceanside, Carlsbad & other towns in San Diego county. We highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful property!

This property is well appointed and beautifully decorated. In town for a wedding, we stayed with another family. There was plenty of room between the main house and casita. Loved the decor as well as the appliances that seemed relatively new. Kids loved the pool and stayed there most of the day. Adults loved sitting by fire pit at night. Bunnies love the patch of grass; came pretty close to us! Property is pet friendly but did not notice any pet hairs during my visit, which was nice for my allergies. Take note that max occupancy is 10 at all times and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Seems to be due to city permit restrictions - understandable, but wish max was higher as it is a large property.

The property is huge, we had 3 generations stay at the rental and every amenity was used. Pickle ball, pool and game room. Both houses are very good size, clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely not hesitate in renting this property again. Thank you to the owner for allowing us to rent their beautiful property.

We had an amazing place to stay. The house was so roomy we did not feel cramped. It was a little cool so we did not get to enjoy the pool. The kids did enjoy playing basketball on the pickleball court. We enjoyed gathering around the fire pit . The kids loved the game room. Flowers were beautiful! By the way everyone slept good that is very important.

Family Pickleball Vacation

My family thoroughly enjoyed the property. The pickleball court was the highlight, followed by the pool and the game room. The houses were both beautiful and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for sharing this property with us, and our only wish is that this property was in a different area.

great house out of the hustle and bustle of a town/city. 5 min. driver to anything important. We LOVED it. Highly recommended. Screens on the windows would be the only feedback I can think of.

Beautiful new property!

We had a terrific experience in this beautiful home. Outstanding decor and amenities. House is quite large and roomy, and kitchen was well equipped. We had fun in spite of several days of rain! Enjoyed the pickle ball court and game room. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the home. Would love to see the addition of basic cable TV as we wanted to watch a few sporting events. One of the nicest vacation properties we have rented through the years. Definitely recommend!
