There were no instructions at all for where the property was located, no helpful check-in details, and no clear way to contact anyone for guidance. We arrived late at night after a long day of travel, only to waste more time and energy trying to find the place in the dark. When I eventually reached the host, he said he was on vacation and that the “automatic instructions” had failed to send....
