Villa Zelena

Rural location surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Stunning landscape. Villa comfortable with everything you could need. Very spacious. You do need a car. Sea resorts about 20 mins drive.

Countryside villa

The house was clean and spotless and has a nice poolarea. We don´t think a house with ocean view is the right description. Maybe you could see the ocean from the balcony in one of the bedrooms but in a far distance. It is a villa on the countryside with everything that comes with that including bugs and insects (something that the owner told us about). The road to the villa is a bit rough. We missed a couple of things like vacuum cleaner and a leaf skimmer for the pool and we have notified the owner about this.

Fantastisch huis met alles erop en eraan. Ruime kamers, 3 badkamers, grote woonkamer, schoon. Alles is er, tm tosti ijzer en melkopschuimer aan toe. Heerlijke overdekte zitjes buiten, tuin, tafeltennis, mooi zwembad, ligstoelen, we bevelen het zeer aan! Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving, je hebt wel een auto nodig. Gastheer zeer goed bereikbaar.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Es liegt sehr ruhig, 3 weitere Häuser in direkter Nachbarschaft, sonst sind die nächsten Häuser außer Hörweite.

Ruhig gelegens hübsches Steinhaus mit Pool und Tischtennisplatte

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus! Eingebettet in eine hügelige Umgebung mit Olivenfeldern und kleinen Dörfern, war es wunderbar für uns. Das Haus ist geräumig, bestens mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht ( auch bei schlechtem Wetter !! )und ist perfekt geeignet für bis zu 6 Personen. Unsere Tischtennismatches und Spieleabende haben wir sehr genossen. Auch waren wir dankbar für die Fußbodenheizung, denn es war aufgrund der Jahreszeit teilweise sehr kühl. Dennoch haben wir den frischen Pool genutzt, er ist herrlich zum schwimmen.... Des Weiteren ist die Umgebung bestens geeignet für Mountainbike Touren ! Allerdings sollte man sich nicht nur auf istrische Fahrradwegmarkierungen verlassen, denn es gibt zu viele Abzweigungen, die irreführend sein können. Wir empfehlen zusätzlich selbst über z.b. Komoot die Route zu planen . Auch Rennradfahren, Joggen und Wandern ist super machbar.! Ansonsten lässt sich der Rest von Istrien problemlos per Auto erreichen....in einer guten Stunde ist man schon in Premantura!

Perfekte Erholung

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt noch sehr kurzfristig buchen und einen Tag später anreisen. Der Check In mit Schlüsselbox war problemlos. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, mit schöner Außenterrasse und tollem Pool. Perfekt, um sich in aller Ruhe zu erholen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch schnell und zuverlässig.

Fantastische Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool, super schön am Waldrand gelegen und sehr ruhig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine Auszeit benötigt. Klimaanlagen sind in allen Zimmern installiert, die Küche toll ausgestattet und der Garten mit Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wunderschöner ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Zelena wirklich sehr genossen, es war absolut ruhig und man hatte die beste Aussicht! Auch Ausflugsorte wie z.B. Motovun oder Groznjan waren sehr schnell erreichbar - Richtung Umag zum Strand ebenfalls maximal 20-25 min. Wir waren mit der Sauberkeit und der Ausstattung der Villa mehr als nur zufrieden - sehr lobenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder! :) Danke Herr Dr. Strohmenger für den netten Kontakt und die unkomplizierte Organisation!! :-)

Super schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Erholung pur

Das gepflegte und sehr saubere Haus liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und wir haben hier sehr gut entspannen können. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind wunderschön und der Pool eignet sich gut zum Schwimmen. Für die Pool-Reinigung kommt jemand (sehr dezent) vorbei. Die Küche ist mit allen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Vom oberen Balkon hat man in der Abendsonne einen herrlichen Blick in die Landschaft und kann auch das Meer sehen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war gut.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Nachbarschaft

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön. Geräumig und mit 5 Personen ist es dort sehr gut auszuhalten. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind unterschiedlich groß, (sehr groß, mittel, klein) die Bäder ebenfalls. Der Pool ist herrlich kühl und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus ist sauber und wurde in einwandfreiem Zustand übergeben. Die Duschköpfe sind etwas verkalkt und das Wasser spritzte in alle Richtungen, so dass zumindest ein Bad regelmäßig unter Wasser stand.. Und es gab eine unliebsame Überraschung: In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft direkt hinter dem Pool steht ein Haus, das man auf den eingestellten Bildern nicht sehen kann. Zum Glück kamen die neuen Nachbarn erst an unserem letzten Tag. Aber dann wurde es laut! Das hätten wir gern früher gewusst, damit man sich darauf einstellen kann!

Fantastic villa! FIVE STARS

We had a fantastic week here. Family of 5 - kids aged 6, 13, 16. Beautifully clean, gorgeous location, wonderful pool and a high quality house, well equipped and fitted to the highest of standards. So comfortable and lovely that the kids didn’t want to leave! It is in an off the beaten track location, nestled among the mountains, but an easy 25 min drive to lots of lovely local, un-touristy beaches and the incredibly beautiful historic town of Porec. A great location for exploring Istria. One thing to note: There are two other similar houses just in front of this one, which obscures the view a little. They are also a bit bigger, we think, and perhaps more likely to attract larger party crowds. Indeed, there was some lively action from a group of German young people in the one adjacent to us. Their music was quite loud but never went on too late. We did enjoy the last few nights of peace tho, once they’d left and were properly able to enjoy the crickets singing around us. There’s some fantastic wildlife around the house. We had an edible dormouse snoozing in the patio rafters and an incredible array of insects. Some would inevitably collect in the pool but were easily fished out and should not in anyway be off putting. As an entomologist, I was enthralled by the diversity. But for those who are less keen on insects, there is no reason to be put off - there were no insects in the house and the house was easy to keep clear. In fact, I’ve never seen a house so clean, with such biota on the doorstep! We loved it here and would not hesitate to return.

Toller Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern eine tolle Zeit im Ferienhaus verlebt. Das geräume, gepflegte und perfekt ausgestattete Ferienhaus war der perfekte Ausgangsort für Ausflüge zum Meer und in die beschaulichen kleinen Städte der Umgebung. Die Abende verbrachten wir gerne auf der gemütlichen Terrasse beim Grillen. Wir können das hübsche Ferienhaus und den Pool wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöne Villa mit tollem Pool

Sehr schöne geräumige und saubere Villa, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und sehr wohnlich ist. Vor allem der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool und der Tischtennisplatte hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man in Porec, aber auch andere Orte sind gut zu erreichen.

Toll gelegene Landvilla

Geräumige und geschmackvoll renovierte Landvilla mit einer sehr schönen Veranda, sehr ansprechendem Pool und toller ruhiger Lage in grüner Landschaft. Schöne Zimmer, schöner Ausblick, gute Lage für Besichtigungen anderer Orte in Istrien.
