This beautiful modern Villa Stella Aurea is located in the peaceful village of Peroj in Istria, just 1 km from the coast. What makes the villa special is the exclusive opportunity to enjoy a private plot by the sea, located 3 km away (5 minutes by car). It is a spacious plot owned by the family, accessible only to family members and their guests. By the sea, you can park in the shade, relax in a peaceful environment, and spend the day at a less-visited beach. Guests can enjoy barbecuing, sports activities, and swimming, away from the crowds. The villa offers accommodation for up to 6 people, with three comfortable bedrooms, one of which has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed, and a modern interior – ideal for a complete rest in Istria.This luxurious villa in Peroj offers the perfect combination of privacy and adventure – enjoy the peace of your own corner by the sea, while the charming town of Fažana, the historic city of Pula with its famous cultural landmarks such as the Roman amphitheater and the Temple of Augustus, and the Brijuni National Park are just a few minutes' drive away, ready to offer you unforgettable experiences and the beauty of the Istrian coast. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Stella Aurea! Das Haus ist modern, top gepflegt und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom schönen Pool. Die Lage in Peroj ist top, aber dennoch nah zu Stränden und Restaurants. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und hilfsbereit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke Davor.
