Come stay in this magnificent T3 of 70m², completely renovated in January 2020, in a cocooning spirit around the theme of wood! Welcome to "Modern Wood"! Located in the heart of Voiron, 2 steps from the train station, all shops, restaurants and leisure areas, you will not miss anything from Voironaise life!
This accommodation has 2 bedrooms equipped with beds (solid wood of course) Queen Size 160 * 200cm with memory foam mattress.

Two latest generation sofa beds are located in the living room offering 2 Queen Size double beds with memory foam mattresses as well. It is therefore a real bed and not an extra bed.
A new fully equipped and 100% integrated kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, juicer, citrus press, toaster, nespresso machine, kettle, etc.). A dining table and its 3 seater bench always in solid wood, surrounded by 3 walnut chairs.
You will also appreciate the various equipment: the quality of the kitchen, the latest Rowenta cordless vacuum cleaner, the powerful steam generator, the HIFI terminal (Blue tooth, jack, radio, CD), free wifi Internet, Box TV 120 channels , city gas heating easily controllable.
A baby foot is also available in one of the bedrooms.
Wall hung toilet (separate) always in the wood theme with its walnut tiles!
A shower, mixing stone and wood, nature and zen in the program.
Guitar lover? What would Wodern Wood be without its wooden guitar!
All the windows are fitted with manual curtains.
I provide all the household and bed linen.

Travelers access
You have access to all of the accommodation and this privately.
The access to the apartment is almost autonomous, you just need to call me when you are at the bottom of the building and I open the door of the building from a distance. Then a key box is located on the door of the apartment, which also allows a completely autonomous exit.

DEPARTURE / CHEK-OUT: Until 12H00 / 12.00AM

Idéal et central

Très bon séjour au calme dans une ambiance « Wood » et cool. Seuls les escaliers furent une petite contrainte pour nos vieilles jambes. Cuisine bien équipée et literie à notre goût. Au centre de la ville.
