「Staff is kind and accommodating however access to entrance of property including car entrance is by access code which is booking via a third-party you should get since Front Desk is not always on duty especially at 3 PM when we attempted to check in. The property has been tastefully decorated, but could use more detailed maintenance and upkeep. We did not find the floors, particularly clean and there was somewhere in tear on the paint. 「The apartment was beautiful and ideally located for our trip back to Italy to visit family and friends. It was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Salvo was also an excellent host, always available and responsive at any time of the day or night whenever we needed assistance. We would highly recommend!」
