excellent free breakfast. Great location in central old town. Safe with super nearby outdoor dining options. We couldn't find the fee parking and used the Duomo underground lot. $25 but v convenient. When we eventually found the free parking, realized it would have been v long steep uphill walk. Convenient overnight en route from Cinque Terre to Siena

Best location, step out the front door and it’s like you’re in a medieval story and back in time. So much character and feel. Hotel was clean and reasonably priced. The owners were so nice and helpful with anything we needed. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend. Research the parking before arrival to save you walking too far. Hotel is in the ZTL Zone but worth it.

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel because everything exceeded our expectations. They truly embody the art of hospitality. The owners referred to us by name which made it feel very personal and intimate. The decor in the rooms is artistic. The breakfast offerings were varied ranging from delicious coffee, quiches, a range of pastries to yogurt and all the toppings. They even helped with luggage upon arrival and departure. This is a true gem!,

Terrific small hotel in the heart of the walled city. The staff is excellent- warm and welcoming. The rooms vary in size but are quite nice. Breakfast selection is outstanding. Rooftop patio is a great place to escape the crowds of day visitors. Have now stated here twice over a span of 2 years and highly recommend this gem.
