「Pros: Eine tolle, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung. 「Looking forward to a quite vacation in the arms of the beautiful mountains, i was greeted by Bulldozers and road construction. And the worse part is, it was being done by the owner of the Chalet i rented. It just sliped his mind to mention this in his confirmation email right? Right! So instead of waking up to the sounds of birds and the smell of wet grass, i woke up everyday to the sounds of big machines working the road and the smell of tar and diesel. To make things even worse, facilities...

「One-star review Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service. During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...
