“It is exactly how it looks in the pictures - no problems with the property and very easy walk to the Convention center. The neighborhood is transitional, I don't recommend walking alone late at night. Keep your vehicle locked; I guess I didn't and it got rifled through, but no damage and nothing of value to take. Overall I still highly recommend this listing!”

“The building was built in the early 1900s giving it the charm of old San Antonio. It has been restored and was clean and nice. It was a short walk to the Riverwalk and that is were we spent most of our time. We had our flight canceled and they were able to easily extend our stay one day. We were very satisfied.”

“We booked this property for the eclipse trip more than a year in advance. The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to Riverwalk and other dining choices. The neighborhood seemed reasonably safe. I was texted by the suite manager a few days ahead with details around how to access the key and where to park. That was very reassuring. The key access worked exactly as she described with no problems. The suite was very nice and interior was very clean. There was a nice fenced courtyard……

“We were lucky enough to stay in the new parts of the hotel— it is undergoing renovation. Room was great: large, clean, modern, filled with amenities. Construction was not noisy so did not bother us, but for people wanting to use fitness center or laundry, those were off limits. The location is fantastic; on Riverwalk, but away from super touristy section. 5 minutes to The Pearl and Museum of Art. Great walkability into downtown without crowds or noise.”

“The hotel staff were wonderful. The hotel was pretty clean. The bathroom corner and under sink need some detail to cleaning. For the most part it was clean and I have no complaints. I will stay again. ”

“Very clean place. Our room was below ground and had no windows, we lived this because it was quit, cool, and dark (with lights out. We got really good rest. The location of this was excellent. Literally 1 block from Alamo, and 2 blocks to Riverwalk. I will stay here again.”
