Two charming bedrooms with beds measuring 180x200 cm, one with its own bathroom, and an additional bathroom provide comfortable sleep and privacy. A games room with PS4 and board games provides entertainment for all ages. A laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board is an additional convenience. An additional bed for two persons measuring 140x200 cm is located in the hall.
First Floor: Two elegant bedrooms with 180x200cm beds and a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a beautiful view and fresh air.
The entire villa is fenced with a height of 1.4m to 1.8m, ensuring safety for families with children.
