Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Great location, very relaxed atmosphere, excellent restaurant, all the staff were amazing. Rooms were modern and well set out, incredible spa services. Overall will stay again when travelling to Vung Tau. Thank you for the amazing stay.
The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are big and clean, my room had a view of an old disused building, the reception smells wonderful, 2 small hiccups, the pool is covered so no way the sun goes in, and also there is no bar just a restaurant open for breakfast and dinner
Property very clean and close to shopping and entertainment the staff were very helpful with booking in would Recommend this hotel to my Friends but Breakfast could have better selection stayed 3 nights with 9 year old son he loved the swimming pool if I returned would stay again
Friendly staff. Nice looking hotel. Good location. Decent breakfast. Great value. The only small complaint is that gym is pretty small and beat up. The pool is okay but closes early and is oddly cold. But the guy staffing the pool was very nice. I would staff here again.
I booked rooms for a one stay wuth family members. The staff were professional and courtesy. The hotel rooms were nice and the provided amenities like water, teas and coffee for free. Breakfasr was good and plenty of options. The wifi in my room was slow so it was a little frustrating trying to do some work. The beds were a little hard for me but overall, I survived the night and would definitely come back here.
Breakfast was amazing, staff was amazing, room was great. Only thing I have to be negative about and lost some stars on the condition of the facilities was the gym. Some of the equipment was broken or damaged, and the air Con I could not get to work. Other than that, enjoyed my stay. I will be back
Great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach in walking distance and cafe 360 is nice to have some Cà phê sữa đá and so much more and the restaurants and walking around or getting some exercise going for a run or a bike ride and to the staff some of the staff are greeting and the others it’s a hit or miss but does it really matter your really there for a vacation not to complain and go about your day and the maids are very friendly and will help with any request and the rooms are kept so clean and daily changed towels but it’s worth the stay I will come back to this hotel if I stay in Vung Tau
The property is nice, and the room is spacious. A lil pricier for Vietnam, but you are getting what you pay for. I would've given this hotel 5 stars because up until a point, I was enjoying the staff and the amenities. I extended my stay a few days, and that's when I was disappointed by racism/ colorism. THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN REJECTED TWICE BECAUSE THEY DON’T WANT ME TO SAY WHAT IT ACTUALLY IS. The front desk person asked that I not use the towels to wash my face because they had brown spots on them. I'm a AA woman, and I wear makeup. I wash the brown makeup off my face, and I shouldn't have to apologize for that nor be charged fees. Makeup comes out of towels just fine. I felt targeted and embarrassed that something like that would even be said to me. If you are a AA woman, I suggest you don't stay here where you will be criticized for doing what everyone else does, which is wash your face. Very disappointing insulting and very hurtful.
The location is great, close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. As the hotel did not had many guests the breakfast buffet was closed and you could only order certain dishes! It was disappointing for us as we stayed there before and enjoyed the big breakfast buffet!
The pool is great but again, they expected to use the shower towels! I told them I don’t want to use them for the pool and I need extra 2 towels and they brought them to us! Also the coffee in the room was 3 in one Nescafé and when I asked if I could have black coffee, they said they don’t have! This are small things ä, but as we stayed there before and it was perfect, we felt they service was less this time.
Apart from that the room is spacious, super clean and the bed and pillows very very comfortable comfortable!
The hotel is in a great location , the staff amazing the manager excellent, the pool was lovely, the buffet breakfast good variety ,Tina in the breakfast restaurant was very good and helpful.Definitely recommend this hotel ,we even stayed longer we were enjoying Bung Tau
I loved this hotel. Our room only had an internal window but we were only staying for 1 night so I wasn’t that bothered. The staff are lovely and we really loved the tien itself.
