“I arrived after midnight. I was welcomed by a very nice and welcoming lady, I later found out she is security. I was rapidly accomodated in a very nice, clean, and big room with a larger than normal tub. Everything was sparkling clean and brilliant. The lady adviced me where to park and alerted me about the free made to order breakfast. I chose the eggs and bacon platter. I was served a choise of vegetables and a varied of ham and salami before my breakfast arrived. I was also given yogurt.……

"The only good things about this hotel are the location. It is located in the centre of Brno. The staff at the front desk is quite helpful. However, the hotel's maintenance and housekeeping services are awful. Many things are out of order or in poor condition, including the air conditioner, the room lights, no hot water, and a broken arm on the armchair. The window cannot be opened, and the room is very dimly lit. The breakfast is just okay; very little food to choose from. It is not worth the price of this hotel room in Brno. Frankly speaking, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Awful experience!"
