  • The Cameron Park Zoo in Waco, Texas is a terrific zoo! The zoo has a great range of animals and exhibits and the grounds are well kept and spacious. There's lots of shade to keep you somewhat cool during those hot Texan summer months if you visit during that time frame. The animal enclosures are nice, and can really give you great views of the animals themselves if you are a bit patient. This also makes for great photo views, as shown here with this photo of an approaching jaguar. Food and snack prices are also very reasonable, as are prices for souvenirs. This zoo makes for a great day out for the family.

Weekend getaway with family

Took my two teenage daughters to Waco for a long weekend in the springtime. Lovely property with a few units. Our unit was perfect for three. Very tidy with all that we needed. Especially loved the rooftop deck to sit in the early mornings and in the evenings. Thank you!!!

Cute little spot that needs a little fixer upper.

I like the idea and think it was well executed. The unit i stayed in needs some repairs and a new matress. Other than that its well worth the stay.

We loved our stay and used the air mattress which was great. It would have been better if there would have bedding for it. Pillows, sheets, and blankets specifically for the air mattress. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.
